1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 6r77 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all use of the 6r77 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services or promotional communications issued by 6r77.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's account by 6r77 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means the BDT-denominated funds deposited by a Member via an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers a Member must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform operations, promotional deadlines, and transaction timestamps on 6r77.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a 6r77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and play.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 6r77 or had an account closed by 6r77 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of a 6r77 employee or contractor.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 Registration Process

To create a 6r77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must also select a unique username and a secure password. You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the 6r77 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification

6r77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 6r77 may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6r77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6r77 immediately by contacting [email protected].

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, address, date of birth, or payment details must be submitted to our support team with supporting documentation. 6r77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending verification of any updated account information.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 6r77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, 6r77 will action the closure immediately and, where appropriate, apply a self-exclusion period. Where a closure is requested for other reasons, any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC checks.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 6r77 will send written notice to the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. 6r77 reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month after the initial 12-month dormant period. Any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of dormancy fees will continue to be held by 6r77 and returned upon a verified withdrawal request.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

6r77 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. 6r77 may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6r77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 6r77.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however 6r77 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 6r77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by 6r77's support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). VIP members benefit from a target processing time of under 5 minutes. Withdrawal requests that require additional review may take up to 48 hours.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6r77 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any other financial crime. 6r77 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it suspects, in its sole discretion, to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 6r77 may be required to report the activity to the relevant authorities. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud or financial crime will be permanently forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 6r77 are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• A maximum of one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on games with an RTP above 97% may not contribute to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• 6r77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

6r77 regularly offers promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup matches featuring Bangladesh, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural and sporting occasions. Such promotions are time-limited and subject to individual terms published at the time of the offer. Promotional communications are sent in English to your registered email address or mobile number.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placing Wagers

All wagers on 6r77 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have placed the correct stake, selected the correct market or game, and reviewed the applicable odds or game rules before confirming any wager. 6r77 does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error. A wager is considered confirmed when the platform displays a confirmation notification and the amount is deducted from your Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds.

7.2 Game Integrity & Fairness

7.4 Palpable Errors

6r77 reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a palpable error, including but not limited to: obviously incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or system errors that resulted in incorrect pricing or payouts. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance within 48 hours of the error being identified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6r77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a self-excluded Member.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access the accounts, personal information, or funds of other Members.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the 6r77 platform or its content without express written permission.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability must be reported immediately to [email protected].

9. Intellectual Property

6r77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 6r77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

6r77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Members. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits in BDT. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 6r77 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 6r77 platform shall first be submitted to 6r77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] in English. 6r77 will acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and provide a final response within 30 calendar days of receiving all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
